To Implement the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) followed by KAIZEN & 5S Techniques, Quality Control Circle (QCC) etc.

To perform Environmental Testing and Lifting Equipment Inspection
To conduct Gap Assessment in terms of EHS & ESIA as per the requirements of the international Donor agencies

To prepare 3R & Zero Discharge Plan for all power plants of the Company
